WHICH DESIGN PROGRAM DO YOU USE?
We use Homestyler, a user-friendly and widely adopted design program that allows you to create floor plans, 3D visuals, and professional presentations. It offers both a free version and affordable paid plans, making it easy for students to get started without large upfront costs.
More advanced programs, such as Archicad, are typically used in architectural and technical design fields. They require more training and come with a significantly higher price level, which is why Homestyler is preferred for most interior design studies.
You will also learn to use Canva for creating presentations and moodboards. Canva offers a free version as well as a reasonably priced pro plan. Since all programs are cloud-based, you can work from any regular laptop or computer.
