1. General Information
International Academy of Interior Design provides online educational programs and digital learning materials within interior design and spatial planning.
By purchasing or accessing any program, course, or digital content from International Academy of Interior Design, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase or access any of our programs or services.
2. Access to Program Materials
Upon purchase, you are granted personal, non-transferable access to the program materials and digital resources associated with the program you have purchased.
Access is provided digitally through the student portal and remains available for as long as the program is available on our platform. We currently offer ongoing access with no fixed end date.
In the unlikely event that the program is discontinued, reasonable prior notice will be provided.
Program access is granted for personal educational use only. Sharing login credentials, distributing program materials, or providing access to third parties is strictly prohibited.
International Academy of Interior Design reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or unauthorized distribution of materials is detected.
3. Nature of the Education
All programs are delivered online and are designed for educational purposes only.
The content is intended to provide knowledge, inspiration, and practical skills within interior design and spatial planning.
International Academy of Interior Design does not guarantee employment, income, business success, or specific results following completion of any program. Individual outcomes will vary depending on personal effort, prior experience, and external factors.
The programs do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
4. Payments and Pricing
All prices are displayed on the website and are payable at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
We accept common international payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
Where available, installment or payment plans may be offered through third-party payment providers. These agreements are strictly between the student and the payment provider. International Academy of Interior Design is not responsible for decisions made by such providers, including approval, interest rates, or repayment terms. All payments are processed securely through trust3ed payment providers.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.
If you’re not satisfied, simply email us within 14 days of receiving access, and we’ll issue a full refund.
No questions asked.
After this period, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be granted after the refund period has expired, regardless of program progress, usage, or completion.
Norwegian consumers may also be entitled to statutory withdrawal rights under applicable Norwegian consumer protection legislation.
6. Intellectual Property
All program materials, including but not limited to videos, texts, images, graphics, presentations, exercises, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of International Academy of Interior Design or its contributors.
You are granted a limited license to access and use the materials for personal educational purposes only.
Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial use of program materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Accuracy of Content
We strive to ensure that all program materials and website content are accurate and up to date. However, International Academy of Interior Design makes no guarantees regarding completeness, accuracy, or reliability.
All programs and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, International Academy of Interior Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, programs, or materials.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, business opportunities, data, or personal expectations.
9. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
Accounts are intended for individual use only and may not be shared with others.
